About Our Company

Capital City Bail Bonds has roots that date back 40 years when the business was created by Joe and Vicky Moreno. In 2001, Adrian Soliz aquired Capital City Bail Bonds. Along with his right hand man David Perez, built Capital City into one of Sacramento’s leading bail bond companies, writing millions in bail bonds throughout California. As of 2014 Mr. Soliz passed the torch over to Mr. Perez to continue helping families, and keeping the standard of ethics that Capital City practices.
Capital City Bail Bonds services all California counties. We also specialize in out of state transfer bonds, ankle monitor, and lift PC.1275.1 (NO BAIL) holds. Our bail agents all practice the code of ethics guide lines. Give us a call to start the bonding process.
Many people who are arrested have little or no experience of the criminal justice system. In some cases, a person or their family members may not understand that they have to pay bail before they are released.

The various myths about bail and the misconceptions people have about bail add to the confusion. With the right bail agent at your side, you can ensure that you understand the bail process so that you can help a person free of jail safely get out.

Many people will use the term “cash bail” when discussing the amount to be paid before a person can be released from police custody. For this reason, it is understandable that you might think you need to put away a certain amount of cash. If you don’t have significant financial resources, you might feel that way, because you need to be able to raise thousands of dollars in cash in the short term, and it seems impossible to get out of prison.

If you work with a deposit manager, you will only have to pay 10% of the total deposit. This 10% does not have to be paid in cash.

Bondholders have no power over the amount of the deposit to be paid. They need time to raise the money, and DOCs keep property as security. They will work with you to ensure that the time after the deposit is as affordable as possible. As it is a security deposit, it accepts credit cards and works with you to prepare a payment plan and carry out a credit check.

The bail will be set by a judge after an indictment has been filed and a person has been arrested. In many cases, a standard bail is used based on the specific crime or crime for which the person is charged. A judge can also consider other factors when determining bail, such as whether the person is a threat to his community, whether he is likely to flee and whether his trial should be held. We cannot negotiate a lower bail for you, but we can ensure that the bail set by the judge is paid to ensure that a person is released.

In addition to determining the amount of bail, a judge can impose certain restrictions on a person during their criminal proceedings. These restrictions may include the requirement that they reside in a specific geographical area to ensure that they do not attempt to flee. They may also be restricted from communicating with known criminals or from participating in certain types of activities such as drug use.

No matter where you find the person in prison, Docs Bail Bonds can provide you with the help you need. We will make sure that the deposit is paid as soon as possible. If we can, we will inform you what you need to do before you are rescued, and we will help you make it to the necessary court dates in your case.
