In order to bail someone out of jail, we need someone to co-sign for the bond.  The co-signer will be responsible for making sure that the person in jail attends all of their court dates.

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost of the bail is usually either 8% or 10% of the bond.  For example, if the total bond amount is $2500, the charge would be $250, or 10%.

Your agent is working with the bailiff to confirm that you will be present in court on the day you appear.
