About Our Company

Has a friend or loved one gotten themselves into trouble in California?  We’re here to help.  Call now and you will talk directly with the owner, Ryan Mullinax.  He will answer all of your questions and he has agents on standby throughout California to post bail for your loved one.

How Does the Bail Process Work?

In order to bail someone out of jail, we need someone to co-sign for the bond.  The co-signer will be responsible for making sure that the person in jail attends all of their court dates.

We’ll need the co-signer to sign our paperwork and send in a copy of their ID.  The paperwork is very easy and it can be signed 100% online.  No need to print anything out and fax it back to us.  That’s so 1993.

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost of the bail is usually either 8% or 10% of the bond.  For example, if the total bond amount is $2500, the charge would be $250, or 10%.

We also offer discounts so be sure to ask if we currently have any promotions running!

Are Payment Plans Available?

Payment plans are available for almost all bonds. We know this is a difficult time so we will negotiate a payment plan that works for you. There is also ZERO interest on all payment plans.

Often confused with the term “bounty hunter”, a guarantor describes the kind of work that involves staying in contact with defendants to ensure they appear in court. In fact, the job title “bounty hunter” is not legal in Ohio.

If, in the absence of a protocol, an accused does not appear in court, the surety agent will begin the search for the accused. As part of the proceedings, the agent applied for an arrest warrant against the suspect. This allows the agent to search for the suspect in a lawful manner. The agent will do what is in their best interest to confirm that the suspect knows he is needed and that he has a scheduled court date.

If someone commits a crime and is arrested, a bail must be paid to remove them from prison. It is called a surety. Guarantee comes from the word sure, which in this case refers to the work of the agents, as it is intended to ensure that the accused appears in court. In some cases, if the bail money is too high, the family members of the defendants will pay the bail to be used.

The title as a whole is based on the core responsibility of the guarantors. Their only job is to ensure that their client is responsible for his hearing. The best way to distinguish between deposit and guarantee is the number of parties involved.

A regular bail is when the defendant pays the amount of the bail in cash to the court. In return, this payment is granted and the accused has permission to be removed from the court. If you cannot afford to pay your deposit, you must go through a guarantor. A surety is when a suspect cooperates with a court-bound agent. Your agent is working with the bailiff to confirm that you will be present in court on the day you appear.

This is how you become a guarantor. With these qualifications, you can be sure you won’t get away with being the average Joe on the road. Security Bond Agent is not a profession in which you should start your career.
